"I got the wrong sizes entirely"
I ended up with the wrong sizes and now I’m dealing with the hassle and expense of returning the two items. It might just be easier to buy them again. It’s not your fault, but I can’t wrap my head around how I ordered an XS and the XL doesn’t fit me. Ordering online drives me nuts, and this is precisely why.

This is definitely not an XL. Feels more like a medium, typical of those Chinese sizes. When I put it on, the stitching on the right shoulder just gave out. Not impressed at all.

"Delivery has taken more than a week"
It's been over a week waiting for my order. It probably would’ve taken even longer if I hadn’t reached out to them. They didn’t get back to me when I inquired about the package, so it seems like their customer service is MIA. I’ll be sending these back since the tops were meant for a trip, and they won’t make it in time.

"Super disappointed"
I'm really let down. Just got a trucker cap that came in an envelope, and it’s totally messed up from shipping. The last hat I ordered was in a box, so what gives? This is terrible service, and I can't believe you’d send my stuff like this. I won’t be coming back.

It took more time than I thought to get here. I reached out to customer service for an estimated arrival time, but they never got back to me. The product itself was alright.
